October 18th Update:

August 23rd Update:

Open Gym Thursday night, Aug 26 from 6-8pm at SFE gym. More information to come as far as practices go, but tentatively, we are looking at Tuesday and Thursdays for both JV and Varsity teams. JV which is grades 3-5 will practice from 6:15-7:15 and Varsity, grades 6-8, immediately following from 7:15 to 8:15. I am looking forward to working with both JV and Varsity this year and hoping for a great season. If you have any questions at any given time please feel free to email me or call me at 704-241-5953. If you are interested in coaching or helping coach a team please let me know as soon as possible so we can determine where help is needed. Thanks in advance for the dedication to your daughter and her friends.

August 10th Update:

• Junior varsity sign ups are complete - we have enough for 2 teams and we have 2 coaches.
• Varsity sign ups will be complete August 30th.
• Practices will be Tuesdays and Thursdays
• JV practice - 6:15-7:15 at SFES gym
• Varsity practice - 7:15-8:15 at SFES gym
• First practice will be Tuesday, September 8th
