Hi! My name is Britta Traub and I am honored to be the Softball director for Sherrills Ford Optimist.My extended family has resided in Sherrills Ford for over 15 years, and I remember fond memories of visiting the lake when I was a young child in the early 2000s.My family of four moved to Sherrills Ford in 2020 from Texas and we have been active members of the community since we moved here!My husband, Mickey, and my daughter, Nola are completely immersed in the sporting world with being involved extensively in the Trojan and Mill Creek Wrestling programs, as well as the SFO softball and teeball programs. I decided to take admin roles in these communities to be closer to them while also contributing in the best way I know how.I am also a part of the Sherrills Ford Elementary PTO where I focus on admin and creative roles.When I’m not serving the community, you can catch me on the lake and hanging out with my friends and family.Please feel free to join me at any SFO game or practice with your questions or to just chat!
