Sherrills Ford Optimist Club Sponsorship Levels
Sherrills Ford Optimist is the place for youth sports in Eastern Catawba County. We have been serving the youth and families of our area since 1975. Be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram to receive notifications when registrations open!
Our park is operated 100% through volunteers, and we rely on fundraisers and sponsorships to keep our park operating for the youth in our community.
More than 1,200 youth participate in our athletic activities each year.
Sherrills Ford Optimist Club is a volunteer run, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on bringing equitable sports opportunities to Sherrills Ford/Catawba County youth since 1975. All donations are tax-deductible. We welcome all donations and a receipt can be provided to you upon request.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Team Silver Sponsorship - $300 per Season
• Sponsor a single sports team with your name on the back of their jersey.
• Sponsor recognition on SFO website and social channels.
• Sponsorship recognition via emails sent to all families, including a link to your company website. For basketball, your company logo will appear on the collage sign used at the facility.
Banner Silver Sponsorship - $300 per Season
• Outfield fencing signage for one year. Add an additional field for only $250!
• Sponsor recognition on SFO website and social channels.
• Sponsorship recognition via email sent to all families, including link to your company website.
Gold Sponsorship - $500 per Season
• Choice of: Outfield Fencing Signage for field 1, 2, or 3 (add additional field for only $250 more) for 1 year
• Company name on jersey for ONE season for one upcoming sport (Softball, Baseball, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer)
• Sponsorship recognition on SFO website and social channels for 1 year
• Sponsorship recognition via email sent to all families, including link to your company website for 1 year
Diamond Sponsorship - $1500
• Optimist Club Fence Signage along Mollys Backbone Rd. for 1 year
• Choice of: Outfield Fencing Signage for field 1, 2, or 3 (add additional field for only $250 more) for 1 year
• Sponsorship recognition on SFO website and social channels for 1 year
• Sponsorship recognition via email sent to all families, including link to your company website
Platinum Corporate Sponsorship - $5000
• Optimist Club Fence Signage along Mollys Backbone Rd. for 1 year
• Choice of: Outfield Fencing Signage for field 1, 2, AND 3 for 1 year
• Dedicated social media recognition for 1 year
• Sponsorship recognition on SFO website for 1 year
• Baseball/softball Tournament: Corporate Sponsorship Day, ability to bring a booth/tent and distribute materials during the spring tournament.
• Sponsor recognition via email sent to all families, including link to company website
The cost of your signage is included. Renewal notice will be sent for the following season or annually, as applicable. Design services available for an additional fee.
Print-ready artwork and/or vector logo (.ai or .eps) is requested for signs & web, if available.
